The Lancaster Tigers knew going into the game that they would have to control the Jackrabbits Dynamic Duo of Peter Smith and Blake Blanton. They held Smith to 123 yards on 23 carries and took Blake Blanton completely out of the game only allowing him just 2 completions in 9 attempts for 22 yards with 1 interception and holding him to just 14 yards rushing on 11 carries.The Jackrabbitslone touchdown was a 1 yard run by Blanton in the 3rd quarter.
